Michael Power: After studying law to degree level (BCL) at University College Dublin, Michael moved to Germany in 1982, where he works as a project planner, organisation development consultant and conflict counsellor/supervisor. In addition to running team building and conflict resolution workshops in international projects, he is as a court certified translator in Germany, and has wide experience in writing, copytexting, conceptualization and design of marketing and PR campaigns. He also worked for some years as a senior partner in a development project in Ghana building a palm oil mill and installing a modern logistics system.

Further education among others in Transactional Analysis for Organization Trainers and Consultants (German Association for Transactional Analysis) / Curriculum, Interventions in Organizations, Günter Schmidt / Supervision training with Ulli Dehnert / Psycho-Dynamics and Transformation of Organizaitons run by inscape (D), ANN BARRY Consultants (USA), IAS, Haarlem (NL), Redwood Executive Consulting Inc. (USA) and University of Wuppertal. Michael is a Practitioner in ZEN Bodytherapy(r) and ZEN Triggerpoint Anatomy(r).

Michael has helped put the structures in place to professionalize abi as a service-provider of quality anti-bullying programmes and research, and he is responsible for the organisation and management of the company.
